Our city's FIRST and ONLY on-site Data Backup programOur first pledge to you is that we will secure your Precious Data. San Diego Data will come to your place of business at a pre arranged time within normal working hours to consult with you. What we will typically need is a short list of things before we begin:
**[applies only to those requesting Online Data Server Backups]Once we know the type of Backup requested, a project plan will be developed, with your help of course. If you have several types of needs then we will work with the computers that are available, at whatever times they become available to us. San Diego Data will work around your schedules and those of your employees, so there is very little -if any- down time. If you are needing a DVD/CD Rom Backup then your Data will be copied on to a portable computer with Read/Write ability and the copy made. For the purposes of Redundancy, additional copies can be made for our company to keep off-site. This is what allows you complete flexibility and security should something happen. If you are going to need an Online Data Backup, then things are a bit different: We will need access to a high speed Internet connection in order to do this. If one is not available from within your place of business, no problem! What we will do, is backup your Data to the portable computer first. Upon arrival at our Headquarters in San Diego, your Data will be put on a live Internet server with a guaranteed uptime of 99%. What this means to you, is that no matter when your Data is needed, it will become available to you. With San Diego Data, your information is completely safe.
